Qualifications

• Experience in processing and/or assessing Corporate/Commercial loan/Capital Market Instruments.
• Proven ability to undertake financial and cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Real Estate portfolios with respective Lending Units.
• Conduct thorough analysis of assigned credit proposals.
• Provide oversight and supervise sector credit matters.
