We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who does more than just numbers—someone who can balance design integrity with financial viability, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence from procurement to final account settlement.
Experience: 1–5 years in construction or consultancy (Open to Junior to Mid-Level)
Cost Control & Strategic Procurement: Analyze construction plans, prepare quantity requirements, and scrutinize material costs to negotiate the best commercial terms without compromising design quality.

Full Project Lifecycle: Involved from the early stages of cost estimation and tendering through to site progress claims and final account settlement.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and AutoCAD. Familiarity with QS-specific software (e.g., Glodon, Cubicost) is a significant advantage.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, building regulations (UBBL), and standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM Contract).
Language Requirement: Mandarin proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required for travel between the office and various project sites.
We are seeking an analytical and critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. This role is for a professional who enjoys the challenge of architectural problem-solving and wants to see their cost-management strategies directly impact high-quality, design-led built projects.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related professional field.
Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a highly organized approach to documentation.
Mindset: A proactive individual who can advise management on cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
A studio culture that values architectural thinking and design ownership.
Competitive remuneration and a supportive work environment.
Direct involvement in unique, high-end design-led projects from concept to completion.
