A local engineering firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Perak. Responsibilities include assisting in tender tasks, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and maintaining project records. Job description

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Henree Chuah Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (Taiping, Perak)
Working Time: Mon-Fri: 8am–5pm
Saturday: 8am–1pm

Job Scope

• Assist in completing tender tasks which includes preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities, unit rates, technical data, etc.
• Develop tender documents, evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
• Assist for any price up or variations.
• Review contract conditions and report concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents.

Requirements

• At least SPM holder.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
