Job summary

A leading technology firm in Penang seeks a quality assurance professional to conduct audits and support quality inspection processes. • Support Final Product Audit (FPA) and Out of Box Audit (OBA).
• Report abnormalities found during inspections.
• Conduct in-process audits in manufacturing areas.

Job description

Knowledge in IPC-A-610, ISO 9001 is preferred.

Proven ability to support multiple projects, with a constant quality focus, in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and written with clarity.

Support Final Product Audit (FPA) or Out of Box Audit (OBA) as required with clear understanding and ability to execute.

Report all abnormalities found.

Interprets drawings or specification documents and review with core team to determine quality standards.

Provides support to identify and resolve issues associated with quality inspection functional setup.

Conduct in process audit at the manufacturing areas and checks for a variety of features, including ESD (electro-static discharge) and handling practices, documentation, training and process integrity.

Maintain and track equipment calibration status and send for calibration before due.

Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis as needed.

Download quality information from quality system to be used for routine QA reports.

Prepare Quality Alert for quality issue.
