The Opportunity

We are hunting for a Project Manager with infectious energy and serious delivery chops. You will turn bold ideas into outcomes across the business. This may include:

• New play and product design from concept to launch.
• Expansion into new regions.
• Standing up satellite hubs in new countries.
• Uplifting the efficiency of our corporate and operational teams.

You will report to the Chief of Staff and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with executives and senior leaders to bring structure, drive momentum, and land results.

What You Will Do

Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple projects, from scoping to launch.

Build clear plans, critical paths, and risk treatments that teams trust.

Keep timelines, budgets, and decisions tight and transparent.

Cut through blockers fast with practical, no‑drama solutions.

Drive crisp updates and dashboards that keep everyone aligned.

Use modern PM tooling to plan, track, and report (we live in Monday.com and Google Workspace).

Non‑Negotiables (Must Haves)

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience, delivering projects in product, operations, or commercial environments.
• Infectious energy, high ownership, and a bias for action.
• Strong stakeholder skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Excellent communication – written, verbal, and visual.
• Deep experience with modern PM solutions, preferably Monday.com.
• Office based in KL, Monday to Friday.

Great If You Also Have

• Experience in product development, supply chain, or scale‑up environments.
• A knack for simplifying complexity and building structure that sticks.
