Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams and external vendors.
• Continuously improve project workflows and production pipelines to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing CG production, animation, or game development projects.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, pipelines, and technical terminology in 3D/CG environments.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Notion, Excel, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin (primary) and English (secondary), both spoken and written.

Preferred/Bonus

• Experience working with international clients or large-scale co-development projects.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Houdini, Maya, or other CG production tools.
• Background in art, animation, or VFX is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Passion for storytelling, film, or animation production.
