Your Impact:

Overall responsibility for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing construction project within approved scope, time, cost, and quality.

Monitor project cash flow, progress claim, cost control, manage VO, and EOT.

Lead and coordinate site team and subcontractors, ensure works comply with approved drawings method statements, and authorities' requirements.

Ensure implementation of PQP, retification of defects with client and consultant requirements.

Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and construction conflicts promptly.

Ensure full compliance with OSHA, local authority regulation,s and promote strong safety culture.

Chair and attend site meeting, progress meeting, and manage client expectations.

Escalate critical issues to management with recommend solutions.

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years' experience in construction high rise and infrastructure field.

Strong communication, leadership, adhere to deadlines, and problem solving skills.

Willingness to travel outstation regularly and based in Putrajaya.

Good to Have:

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales.

Understanding of project management principles.

Knowledge of industry procurement processes.

Existing network of industry contacts.
