Job summary

A well-established technology manufacturer in Johor is seeking a production coordinator to oversee daily production output, monitor team progress, and maintain performance records. The ideal candidate will need a technical certificate, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in production. Proficiency in Excel and a proactive team-oriented attitude are essential. Salary ranges from RM 3,000 to RM 4,500 with potential exposure to ISO systems being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track daily production output and working hours.

• Compile monthly material scrap and defect cost data.
• Record finished goods receiving and shipments.
• Prepare employee performance records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Track daily production output, working hours, and material losses.
• Monitor production progress by shift and team.
• Compile monthly material scrap and incoming defect cost data.
• Record finished goods receiving, shipments, and production line output.
• Prepare employee performance records, reports, and filing.
• Support other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Technical certificate or above.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant production or machining experience.
• Familiar with production processes, products, and machining equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas).
• Proactive, cooperative, and able to work well in a team.
• Exposure to ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) is an advantage.

Salary Range

RM 3,000 – 4,500
