A manufacturing company is looking for a Production Operator to manage production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and hold a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Pharmaceutical or Engineering. The role includes operating machinery, performing tests, and adjusting to production needs. Working hours are rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary structure including basic pay and allowances.
Position: Production Operator
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Day Shift: 8am to 8pm
Night Shift: 8pm to 8am
Middle Shift: 1.30pm to 1.30am
*Actual working hours may vary depending on operational shift rosters.
Basic Salary + Allowances + OT Pay + Statutory Contribution (EPF, EIS, SOSCO)
Operate and maintain production machine.
Ensure production processes compliant with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
Perform in-process tests, document records, troubleshoot issues, and meet production schedules.
Assist with minor machine repairs and adapting to other production activities as required.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and experience in adhering to GMP and SOP guidelines in a production setting.
Qualification: Technical Cert or Diploma in Pharmaceutical / Engineering or equivalent.
