What You’ll Do

The Production Manager will lead and manage the production department, ensuring the smooth operation of all production lines, the basic maintenance of equipment, and the required good manufacturing practices (GMP). The role focuses on driving operational excellence, reliability, and efficiency to meet the plant's production goals. This role involves coordinating resources, managing teams & stakeholders from cross‑functional departments to optimise production processes, enhance equipment reliability, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Engineering or any related field.

Minimum of 4‑8 years of total manufacturing experience, encompassing production/engineering.

Knowledge of beverage or food manufacturing industry.

Ability to lead and manage multiple functions across the supply chain.

Strong understanding of production environment, plant utilities and warehouse operation.

Ability to analyse, balance, synchronize and synergise all internal and external resources and assets to sustain operational excellence.
