Job description
Overview

To build good staff rapport with shipping department, production department and customers involved.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure production department staff are manufacturing their parts according to the schedule plan issued and approved by the production control department.
  • Ensure production control clerks follow up with the computer department on daily shipping list printouts together with issuing of delivery documents (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, case marks, etc.) based on customer ETA requirements.
  • Oversee and ensure packers are packing the finished products according to the packing list printed from the computer department.
  • Communicate with shipping department and Kamaya sales regions PIC on delivery posting schedules when goods are ready to ship based on customer requests.
  • Update any new or amended information into the computer on stock movements, delivery documentation or packing documentation involved.
  • Communicate and discuss with all subordinates involved in the production control department regarding their daily working issues and take necessary steps for collective action if needed.
  • Monitor and achieve implementation of all relating job assignments or tasks on an inter-department/section basis.
  • Coordinate with intended recipients in inter-department sections to obtain responses and results.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
