Stock Management

• Fulfill and document pharmaceutical requisitions accurately and promptly.
• Verify received stocks against Purchase Orders for correctness and condition.
• Conduct regular checks for expired products and update inventory systems.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves correctly.
• Quarantine defective stocks and manage returns to vendors.

Compliance and Safety

• Follow operational policies and procedures for storage and services.
• Ensure facility temperature and humidity are within acceptable ranges.
• Adhere to security protocols to prevent theft and pilferage.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect against occupational hazards.

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with good command of written and spoken English.
• Warehousing experience preferably in a Hospital or Medical/Healthcare industry.
• Have high level of concern.
• Must be physically able to lift heavy items above & below shoulder height and perform continuous standing, walking, reaching and bending activities.
