Job summary

A health and wellness clinic in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience and be fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, preparing documents, and liaising with stakeholders. A proactive attitude and a valid driving license are essential for this role, which also involves occasional travel. Flexibility and professionalism are key attributes sought in applicants.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
  • Willing to travel based on CEO’s schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Prepare business letters, documents, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Make restaurant reservations and manage personal errands.
  • Monitor emails and manage correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents (digital and physical).
  • Accompany CEO on business trips when required.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide logistical support and drive when needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or similar role
  • Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Able to multitask and handle confidential matters discreetly
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle
  • Willing to travel based on CEO’s schedule
