Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with multinational exposure.
• Strong background in production planning, MRP, costing or manufacturing systems.
• Practical experience with Lean/Kaizen/6-Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day production operations.
• Implement process improvements to strengthen productivity.
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, supply chain and quality teams.
