Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian statutory contributions and payroll regulations.
  • Knowledge of regional payroll practices (ASEAN countries) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and tax filings to relevant authorities.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from clients and provide timely resolutions.
  • Generate payroll reports for management review and audits.
  • Able to provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
