Mayfort Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full‑time position based in Seberang Perai Penang, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the regional market.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your territory
• Providing technical expertise and solutions to customers, demonstrating product features and capabilities
• Preparing and delivering detailed sales proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on‑site visits
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the valve and actuation industry, with a proven track record of success will be an advantage.
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of valve and actuation products and applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
• Proven negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑centric approach
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed
