Qualifications

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Flexible in shift rotations, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the locum doctor network, including onboarding and training.

• Perform ad hoc operational tasks as required.

What you will be doing

• Manage the locum doctor network, including onboarding, platform training, manpower rostering, quality control and payment processing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for locum doctors to address and resolve real‑time operational and technical issues.
• Monitor and manage doctor‑to‑patient ratio and wait‑time SLAs.
• Perform ad hoc operational tasks as required.
