Job summary

A palm oil milling company in Port Klang is seeking candidates for a role involving dispatch activities, invoice management, and contract preparation. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Arrange Dispatch: Coordinate dispatch activities, including receiving information from the mill, contacting transporters and customers, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
  • Issue Invoices:
    • Request tickets from transporters.
    • Prepare and manage worksheets.
    • Update balance contracts and issue invoices accordingly.
  • Data Entry for Invoice Purchases: Accurately input invoice purchase details, such as CPOM purchases, transporter details, and broker information, into the system.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in preparing contracts, including organizing necessary documentation through photo documentation and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Address and resolve mill-related issues by participating in discussions and problem‑solving initiatives as needed.
