Diploma in Nursing recognized by the government from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent institutions AND registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing recognized by the government.
- Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
- Possess an active Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Disciplined, good ethics (adab) and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
- Open‑minded and positive attitude.
- High level of motivation and discipline.
- Possess high degree of integrity.
- Basic knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
- Level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Note: Shortlisted applicants who are currently employees of the Malaysian Government or Statutory Bodies in Malaysia will be required to submit the hard copy of applications through the respective Heads of Department together with the confidential report and up‑to‑date service record.
Responsibilities
- To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, reports documentation, meetings and appointments.
- Able to communicate with staff from other departments, clients, visitors and vendors.
- Able to arrange, schedule meetings and appointments, jot down on calendars.
- Able to operate photocopiers, scanners and properly file documents.
- Able to carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
- Able to undertake tasks such as receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Able to make travel and hotel arrangements as needed.
- Able to prepare facilities for scheduled events and arrange refreshments.
