Job summary

Main Accountabilities
  • To advise and consult potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and to produce a suitable network solution to cater to their need
  • Provide technical solutions proposal in a professional and timely manner that fit customer’s technical and financial requirement
  • Provide tender response on RFP/RFI and meet all tender deadlines
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations to both internal and external audiences
  • Create internal design documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
  • To operate and update activity in a CRM system
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
  • Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales for system solutions
  • Must be customer-centric and have a passion for delivering innovative solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Internet and network technologies
  • Working knowledge in Datacenter, Internet connectivity, Private Networks, and Hosting is advantageous
  • Expertise in supporting Sales in the area of prequalifying accounts/accessing solution requirements/technical presentation on network and storage solutions
  • Must possess good communication skills both oral and written in English including great customer focus
