Job Description
- Planning of assembly processes flow considering manufacturing efficiency. Collaboratewith project team to seek and strive for minimizing product cost through design andprocess optimization.
- Support in the RFQ calculation; calculate and provide investment needed for standardassembly process modules.
- Define equipment specification in accordance to product specification. Plan, purchase(withsupervision), setup and release manufacturing cells on time, at budget and withdesired requirement.
- Involve in each project stages to evaluate equipment and process performance.
- Formulate technical and/or performance reports by collecting, analyzing andsummarizing information and trends.
- Identify and establish process specifications, maintenance strategies and othermanufacturing documents required for line release activity.
- Conduct problem solving methodology in assembly processes and equipment. Inmeantime also developing troubleshooting guide and training of technical know-how totechnician.
- Actively participate in system CIP on value disposition as in S-Q-C-D (Safety, Quality,Cost & Delivery).
- Provide effective countermeasure in technical flaw encompassed with corrective andpreventive action plan.
- Study, evaluate and improve the technical capacity and capability in assemblyprocesses accorded to customer’s demand.
- Continuously strive for higher and sustainable OEE, FPY, MTTR, MTBF.
- Emphasize the intensity of team work culture in VSO (Value Stream Organization)moving towards operational excellence.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a related manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in assembly processes, including line setup, process planning, PFMEA, and Control Plan development.
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, Production Systems, and box-build assembly processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
