Job Description
  • Procedure and method of performing venipuncture
  • Adherence to all set procedures, methodology of testing and Standard Operating Procedures of ISO 9001 and other relevant certification
  • Liaise with relevant Department PIC within Group to ensure medical test runs smoothly
  • Assisting Pharmacist/Manager in handling of walk-in customers, i.e. answering customer enquiries, directing customer to the appropriate departments, introducing the Group’s services and products to the customer etc
  • Participating in sales and business development activities of the Company
  • Administration training works, ethics and industry knowledge
  • To communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers to ensure high quality service
  • To answer customer enquiry via various channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.)
  • To solve problems in an efficient and timely manner
  • To work with personnel from different department to complete a work process
  • To coordinate appointments between doctors and patients
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day business and administrative operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate business records and prepare regular reports for management
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and office supplies
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Support HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Monitor project progress and provide administrative support to various departments
  • Other assignments as and when given by the Management
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Science & Technology, Biotechnology, or equivalent
  • No work experience required
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Having a Good Clinical Practice Certificate (GCP) is an added advantage
