Job description

Perform servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance for buggies, grass cutters, greens mowers, fairway mowers, utility vehicles, and other golf course machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Conduct daily inspections and ensure all equipment is safe and functional.

Assist in blade sharpening and reel grinding (training provided if required).

Record maintenance activities and report issues to Foreman/Supervisor.

Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanics and workshop helpers).

Plan and schedule servicing, repairs, and daily machinery allocation.

Perform technical diagnosis for major repairs and coordinate outsourcing when required.

Maintain spare parts inventory and update machinery maintenance records.

Ensure all equipment is operational before course opening and tournaments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in automotive repair or machinery maintenance (experience in golf course machinery is an advantage).
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Hydraulic systems
• Reel & rotary mower maintenance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and responsible.
• Willing to work overtime (OT), weekends, and early mornings when required.
• Possess relevant technical certifications is an added advantage.
