Your Playground:
  • On-the-Ground Activations:Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful pop-up events, product launches, and brand experiences from concept to cleanup.
  • Local Brand Amplification:Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to spread brand awareness authentically.
  • Guerrilla Marketing Mastery:Brainstorm and implement creative, low-cost, high-impact marketing tactics that get people talking in key locations.
  • Event Management:Handle logistics and you'll be on-site managing the brand presence.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:Personally represent the brand at events, embodying our values and creating meaningful, memorable connections with our audience.
  • Local Market Analysis:Be our eyes and ears on the ground. Gather customer insights, monitor local competitor activity, and report on what’s trending in the Sabah community.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience is a Plus:1-2 years in event planning, experiential marketing, brand ambassadorship, or retail marketing is great.
  • But Hustle is Everything:No formal experience? Show us your proof! Led a university event? Organized a community meet-up? Managed a stall at a pasar malam? We value initiative and real-world hustle over a traditional resume.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysiais essential. Knowledge of local Sabah dialects is a major advantage.
  • This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role.
