A leading culinary brand is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to enhance their brand presence. The role involves planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The successful candidate will also be responsible for photography, graphic design, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Applicants should have a diploma/degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related areas. Strong communication and creative skills are essential.
Capture high-quality product photos and behind-the-scenes content aligned with Pastry World’s branding.
Edit photos and videos professionally to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Maintain a structured digital asset library for easy retrieval and usage.
Design compelling marketing materials such as banners, brochures, packaging mock-ups, posters, social media layouts, and presentation slides.
Ensure all visual outputs follow brand guidelines and uphold a professional and consistent brand look.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, festive promotions, and customer-facing materials.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
Work closely with Sales, Production, and R&D team to support client presentations, trade shows, and internal branding initiatives.
Contribute fresh ideas to enhance Pastry World’s brand presence in the B2B market.
Plan, coordinate, and execute approved marketing activities in accordance with company objectives, ISO requirements, and approved budgets.
Prepare marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign proposals for review.
Liaise with external parties (advertising agencies, designers, printers, digital platforms, media partners) on marketing-related matters within approved scope and budget.
Manage and update marketing content across approved channels (social media, website, brochures, advertisements).
