As a Marketing Executive, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand presence. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing campaigns and overseeing daily operations to meet sales and aftersales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and arrange mall roadshows nationwide.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive on-ground and online marketing activities/campaigns.
  • Develop and present post-activity and campaign performance reports, analyzing outcomes to inform and enhance future strategies.
  • Support sales and aftersales lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee and manage social media channels for FA Group.
  • Create engaging content including videos for social media postings and lead ads.
  • Executes digital advertising campaigns effectively to lower Cost per Lead (CPL) and increase reach & engagement.
  • Identify and leverage new digital marketing channels to boost online brand presence and generate leads.
  • Responsible for budget control and cost comparison.
  • Support merchandise purchasing and production activities while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, brand heads and third-party partners (agencies, vendors, and suppliers).
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with corporate identity (CI) guidelines and principal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital branding and campaign management.
  • Proven strategic planning, execution and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous and highly attentive to details.
