Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives. Plan and execute platform campaigns such as Shopee Campaigns, Lazada Mega Days, TikTok Live & Ads. Coordinate TikTok Live, influencer/KOL collaborations, and livestream promotions. Liaise with sales, retail operations, customer service, and external agencies. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns such as Shopee Campaigns, Lazada Mega Days, TikTok Live & Ads.

  • Coordinate TikTok Live, influencer/KOL collaborations, and livestream promotions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in telecommunication, retail, or FMCG.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations & ads.
  • Good understanding of online consumer behavior, conversion funnels, and performance marketing.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
