Job description

Overview

Ensure machines are operating properly for the intended manufacturing process within validated condition.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Preventive Maintenance activities and spare part management.
• Ensure compliance in record safekeeping, GMP, and HSE requirement.
• Assist equipment and process validation activities executing test cases, machine operators training, data compilation and report out.
• Assist continuous improvement activities to increase manufacturing throughput and enhance quality, inclusive of jigs/ fixtures design, OEE/OPE analysis and KAIZEN activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience.
• Knowledge in maintenance with direct exposure in handling automated mechanical and electro-pneumatics systems will be an added advantage
