Your role will involve coordinating new transfer programs, conducting time studies, and applying Lean and Six Sigma methods to enhance quality and efficacy. Candidates must have a diploma in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of two years in manufacturing, with skills in interpreting drawings and using SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new transfer programs and evaluate process charts.
  • Conduct time studies and suggest improvements.
  • Design line layouts, jigs, and fixtures; drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare documentation for new processes and engineering changes.
  • Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods for quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design testing methods and validate process requirements.
  • Evaluate products against specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on manufacturing performance trends.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing; ability to interpret mechanical drawings and use SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, positive attitude, integrity, ability to work independently under tight deadlines, proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.
