Job description

Responsibilities

• Creating of Preventive Maintenance programs for the machines, robots, equipment and for the facility.
• Executing and maintaining the preventive maintenance activities for machineries, robots as well as equipment within the plant.
• Troubleshooting issues related with the machineries, robots and equipment as well as performing the corrective maintenance activities.
• Head controller for the spare parts related with the maintenance department.
• Keep track of all spare parts related and follow-up for order plans.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the facilities equipment with external parties involved.
• Ensure minimal downtime towards the machines, robots and equipment.
• Understand all the systems related to the process of the products including the compressed air system, chiller systems, WCPU and ACSU systems as well as the Blender systems.
• Handling cost saving activities related with machineries, robots and facility spare parts.
• Reporting day to day activities.
• Ensure all machines are well maintained with the correct level of lubricant for the main tank with weekly inspections.
• Ensure the greasing of machines are well upkept and performed within a monthly basis.
• Ensure machines and robots are in a well-mannered working condition and are always kept clean.
• Weekly inspection on the facility equipment which are the cooling towers, chillers and air compressor.
• Monthly inspection for the facility’s condition to ensure the facility is in a safe condition.
• Fill up equipment service reports and ensure the documents are filed correctly and in order.
