The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, translate data into meaningful metrics, develop and maintain dashboards that empower stakeholders to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from multiple internal systems (e.g., ERP, warehouse management, and shipment tracking platforms).
  • Build and optimize data models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade & Product Compliance team to identify key data sources and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
  • Analyze operational and trade data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with IT and data teams to improve data integrity and reporting automation.
  • Address ad-hoc data queries and conduct thorough investigations to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
  • Support data quality, governance, and documentation effort, including setting up data processes, dashboard user guides, and SOPs.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from compliance and supply chain stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably within retail, logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain related functions.

  • Understanding of supply chain and trade compliance processes (import/export, product documentation, shipment flow, etc.) is an advantage.
