Job Description:

Be stationed and control crowd at each respective areas as assigned (i.e. lift & counter area).

Provide assistance & support to customers and patients and attend to all their enquiries.

Direct customers and patients to their desired locations.

Assist customers and patients to fill up the Patient Experience Cempia via QR code/tablets.

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduate or those that are waiting for study intakes are encouraged to apply!

Has working experience with direct contact i.e. customers/patients is an added advantage.

Able to commit fully to the below:

Monday to Friday : 7:30am to 4:30pm

Saturday : 8am to 1pm

Sunday & Public Holiday : Off

On the job training & uniform will be provided!
