Job summary

A dynamic automotive company in Selangor seeks a Live Host to engage audiences during TikTok live sessions from the showroom. The role involves presenting vehicles, answering questions, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance viewer engagement. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in live content creation, and a relevant degree is preferred. A successful candidate will track performance metrics and be rewarded based on achievement of key performance indicators.

Job description

Host daily live sessions on TikTok (and other platforms) from our car showroom or studio.

Present vehicles clearly and confidently — highlighting features, promotions, pricing, and offers.

Interact actively with viewers: answer questions, respond to comments, and build excitement.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to plan live topics, scripts, and campaigns.

Assist in creating short videos, walkarounds, test-drive content, and promo clips.

Stay updated on TikTok trends, live-selling techniques, and viral automotive content.

Track live performance (views, engagement, leads) and help improve conversion results.

Ensure accurate delivery of vehicle information, brand messaging, and promotions.

Support showroom events, roadshows, and marketing activities when required.

Commission will be payable upon achieving agreed KPI targets (e.g. leads generated, enquiries converted, or sales performance).

Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, Business, or related fields.

Candidates without formal qualifications but with strong presentation and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Good to have experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, Influencer, Presenter, or Sales/Customer Engagement role is preferred.

Familiarity with TikTok Live, social media live selling, or video content creation is a strong advantage.

Experience in automotive, sales, or retail is a plus (but not mandatory).
