Job description

Pre-live preparation: displaying samples, stocking products, adjusting live streaming equipment.

Assisting the host with live streaming tasks: product management, on-stream assistance, equipment adjustments.

Managing the live stream environment: engaging the audience, verifying giveaways, reminding the host to pay attention to audience comments.

Actively following up on orders: pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale.

Participating in team discussions about live stream event plans and other tasks assigned by the host.

Responding quickly and effectively with good communication skills.

Being able to control the scene and maintain a dynamic pace.

Familiarity with basic response techniques.

Fluency in Mandarin. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Preference given to candidates with experience.

Willingness to learn with training provided.
