Job description
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
  2. Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  3. Frontend experience with Angular / React / Vue.js.
  4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
  5. Knowledge of insurance domain systems/processes preferred.
  6. Strong understanding of Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  7. Minimum 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with focus on Java-based back-end systems, microservices, and APIs.
  2. Collaborate with business analysts and insurance domain experts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  3. Build, test, and deploy microservices that integrate with internal and external APIs.
  4. Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with insurance industry standards.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
