A leading IT support company in Puchong, Malaysia, is hiring an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations. Responsibilities include providing support for hardware and software issues, managing IT helpdesk operations, and administering user accounts across platforms. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Information Technology and 1-2 years of relevant experience. An attractive salary range of RM 2,800 - RM 3,500 is offered, along with benefits like annual leave and career growth opportunities.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT support / system administration experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Experience in user account management (AD / Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) is an advantage.
Familiar with IT helpdesk processes, ticketing systems, and incident handling.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices, backups, and data protection.
Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support users effectively.
Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 3,500 (commensurate with experience)
