Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant IT support/system administration experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in user account management (AD/Microsoft 365/Google Workspace) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IT helpdesk processes, ticketing systems, and incident handling expected.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices, backups, and data protection.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, servers, networks, and internal systems.
  • Manage IT helpdesk operations, incident prioritization, escalation, and SLA tracking.
  • Administer user accounts and access, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain IT assets, software licensing, procurement records, and vendor coordination.
  • Perform system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and basic cybersecurity controls.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, internal application support, and IT improvement projects.
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, inventories, and audit/compliance evidence.
  • Deliver IT onboarding, user guidance, and basic security awareness training.
  • Support business continuity, change management, and IT setup for new projects.
