We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Islamic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at RSQ Childcare Center in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Islamic Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and spiritual development of our young students. What you'll be doing

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that incorporate Islamic teachings and values
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school's educational objectives
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and school management
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to early childhood education
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and classroom activities

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Islamic Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Islamic teachings, values, and principles and the ability to integrate them into the curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proven ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
