Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in injection moulding or plastic moulding operations.
• Familiarity with machine parameter setting and optimization.
• Basic understanding of quality control standards and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mold setup and changeover according to production schedule.
• Ensure machine efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on Molds and machines.

Skills

Knowledge of injection moulding machines and tooling setup

Ability to troubleshoot moulding defects

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Team player with good communication skills

Willingness to work overtime

Education

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
