Job Opportunity – Indoor Sales Executive

Location: Near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur
Industry: Luxury Fashion / E-Commerce
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM8,000 (performance-based commissions)
Working Days: 4 days per week (flexible schedule)

Your Role as an Indoor Sales Executive
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, chat, and online platforms
  • Present and explain our luxury bag exchange model clearly to customers
  • Convert leads into active customers and memberships
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns and weekly launches
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the system
Requirements
