Job summary

A leading financial institution in Malaysia is looking for an Application Support professional to provide L1 production support for business applications. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in IT or related fields and 1-3 years of experience in application support, focusing on identity access management, compliance, and operational reporting. Knowledge of various systems including Windows and IAM tools is advantageous. This position offers a competitive salary range of MYR 4,000 - 8,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in Application Support / Production Support / IAM.
• Basic knowledge of various operating systems and databases required.
• Detail-oriented, compliance-driven, able to support on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 production support for GIS domain applications.
• Investigate production issues, monitor incidents end-to-end.
• Perform user provisioning and conduct audit log reviews.
