Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and support HR-related audits and reports.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance-related issues.
Administrative Support
  • Arrange hotel bookings, airport transfers, and transport pick-up/drop-off for company guests, clients, and visitors.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Manage administrative duties such as office supplies procurement, filing, and correspondence when needed.
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor law regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); Bahasa Malaysia is also required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and travel locally as required.
  • Possess own transport.
