资格与要求
  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先。
  • 3–5 年以上 HRBP 或综合人力经验,熟悉马来西亚劳动法。
  • 具备优秀的员工关系处理能力,能在合规前提下有效解决问题。
  • 良好的沟通能力、推动能力及跨部门协作能力。
  • 具备业务理解能力,逻辑清晰,善于独立解决问题。
  • 工作积极主动,具备抗压能力与高责任心。
  • 中英文流利。
Business Partnering & Organizational Support

Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop HR solutions that support business growth.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and labor disputes; provide compliance guidance based on Malaysian labor laws to minimize legal risks.

Policy Development & HR Operations

Develop and refine HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant regulations.

Performance Management & Talent Development

Drive the performance management process and support business leaders in improving team performance; contribute to talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning (as needed)

Support recruitment for critical roles and assist in workforce planning based on business direction.

HR Data Analysis

Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rate, attendance, and performance data to provide actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

Additional Requirements (English)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of HRBP or generalist HR experience, with strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
  • Strong employee relations capabilities with a compliance mindset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Good business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English. Candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
