Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with group objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development initiatives across the group, including foreign worker management.
Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems and improvement plans to drive organizational excellence.
Payroll and Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design targeted learning programs, and manage HRDC claimable training initiatives.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing grievances, investigations, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Administrative Leadership: Oversee facilities management, procurement, and office maintenance to ensure efficient support services across all departments.
Educational Background: A minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: At least 5 years of progressive HR and admin experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or manager role.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws, payroll systems, and HRDC regulations is essential.
Foreign Worker Expertise: Experience in handling foreign workers and related regulations is crucial for this role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with knowledge of the IFLEXI system being an advantage.
Leadership Qualities: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this position.
Strategic Thinking: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans hands‑on.
Language Skills: Multilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin and English, is essential to communicate effectively with management and diverse teams.
