Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior/executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee entitlements.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive culture.

About the Role

As an HR Executive, you will manage and enhance human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle complex employee matters. You will support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior/executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire the right talent.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires and manage exit processes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and employee entitlements accurately and timely.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Support and implement performance appraisal systems, track KPIs, and recommend development plans.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with company objectives and local labor laws.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Skills and Competencies
  • HR Management & Employee Engagement: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and talent management including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and retention strategies.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Proficient in managing payroll, leave, and employee benefits accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Capable of generating HR reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to management.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
