Elite Transform Team – Kampong Tampoi, Johor. Join the dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM in Shah Alam, Selangor as an HR CUM ADMIN in our full-time role. You will support Human Resources and administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping
  • Provide support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Assist with the coordination of training and development programs for employees
  • Maintain and update employee database and personnel files
  • Handle general office administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the Administrative & Office Support industry
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
