About the Role

We are representing a fast-growing financial services organisation seeking a Head of Technology. This is a high-impact executive role, accountable for the strategic uplift of core technology platforms, delivery excellence, and operational resilience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams covering engineering, cyber security, analytics, and operations.

Drive modernisation programs, digital enablement initiatives, and regulatory compliance alignment.

Oversee technology platforms to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security.

Partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors to deliver strategic business outcomes.

Build and mentor a high-performing team with strong governance and delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in executive technology leadership roles, ideally in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, and data/analytics.

Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Experience with AI adoption, automation, ITIL, ITSM tools, and DevOps practices is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including board-level engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications an advantage).
