Responsibilities

• Lead department meetings and compile reports for the Dean.
• Ensure academic support for effective learning experiences for students.
• Assist the Dean with onboarding and performance appraisals.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of departmental staff.
• Coordinate examinations and ensure the effectiveness of assessment processes.
• Review student applications and monitor academic performance.
