Job summary

A leading maintenance service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a maintenance technician to assist the Chief Engineer with daily operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include implementing and overseeing various facility systems such as electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing. The ideal candidate should possess at least an SPM or Professional Certificate in engineering and two years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in building management or facility management.
• Solid knowledge in electronic, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Perform the implementation and maintenance of the company’s facility and M&E equipment, electrical system, fire-fighting system, air conditioning system, telecommunication system, security system, plumbing system, carpentry, drywall, painting and etc.

Qualification:
