We are seeking a driven and exceptional individual to join our Graduate Trainee - Sales & Marketing Program. This program is designed to provide trainees with a comprehensive view of our business operations, preparing them for future leadership roles. As a Graduate Trainee – Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with experienced managers to gain insights into the inner workings of our business. This immersive approach ensures that trainees understand the challenges within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Engage in a structured training program that includes practical experience, mentor‑guided learning, and a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
• Exploration: Rotating through key departments such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Administration locally, with a possibility of job training/courses in AVK China and/or AVK Denmark to gain a holistic understanding of our business.
• Project Leadership: Lead key projects from conception to execution, followed by detailed reporting and analytical insights.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships, address their needs, deliver exceptional service, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process Enhancement: Evaluate current operational standards, advocate for improvements, and present comprehensive enhancement proposals at macro and micro levels.
• Leadership Development: Develop leadership skills through shadowing, assisting, and learning from managers.
• Transparent Reporting: Consistently prepare and present reports, communicating project outcomes, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
