Job Description

Perform Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) and carry out thorough vehicle inspections.

Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues and carry out required repairs or replacement.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Supervise and coordinate technicians’ productivity, assigning repair tasks based on skills and workload to ensure efficient job scheduling.

Monitor and maintain workshop performance, resolving issues or bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly.

Assign repair tasks to technicians and provide accurate service time estimates to support clear customer expectations.

Ensure all repair orders and administrative documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Conduct final inspections or test drives where required to verify repair quality before delivery.

Liaise with customers and Service Advisors, providing clear updates on repair progress, delivery times, and addressing concerns.

Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability and prevent delays.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality assurance guidelines.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment.

• Qualification: Candidate must possess at least SKM level 2 above / Diploma in Automotive related field.
